In our continuing effort to provide better quality service to our agents, we have implemented the following changes to help streamline the payment process and overall agent satisfaction. |

1.) Monthly dues in NV. will be $50/month ($100/month in WA. and CA.) effective December 1st, 2009 |
We are adding staff and additional broker support in addition to software updates to furthur automate the real estate process. We are also adding a 24/7 receptionist to answer calls and to forward messages. directly to you |
2.) Dues will be collected ONLY via automatic bank-draft (ACH) payment on the 5th of each month. Please fill out the agreement below and fax back to us at: (702) 920-8333. |
You don't have to worry about late fees or being invoiced all the time---this will automate the process. |
3.) An annual $100 E&O supplement fee will be collected to help offset our annual premium |
Just like car insurance, as we continue to grow, so does our E&O premium. We have the best insurance in the industry (AAA rated)---still the same LOW $5,000 deductible. |
4.) Transaction Fee will remain at $250/transaction |
Still the lowest all-inclusive transaction fee in the industry! |
5.) Transaction Fee will be reduced to $150/side for all REO transactions under $1500 total commission |
As the market changes, we have as well---since many of you are handling REO transactions---and are earning every penny, we think it's only fair to let you keep a bigger piece of the pie! |
6.) NEW LEADS program will be made available effective immediately for a $250 startup fee---with 5 GUARANTEED leads each month for the first 3 months. If you enroll under this plan, you will be on an 80/20 split on ALL transactions---remember that 100% of zero is still zero!. |
We don't want to follow the other real estate companies out there by obeying the 90/10 production rule---we want all our agents to have a fair shake at being productive. It's a win-win for everyone! We know how to market and get you busy ASAP! |
7.) Semi-Annual Business License Fees will be automatically debited from your account (currently $75 every 6 months) |
This has been an ongoing source of stress---as most agents have not been reimbursing us for these fees. These losses negatively affect the operation of our company. |
8.) All incoming commissions will be handled via wire---All payments made will be done via our Direct Deposit program at no additional cost to you. Any physical checks (except for referrals) will be returned and/or shredded moving forward. |
There is ZERO chance of checks bouncing, being misplaced, lost, etc...Also, you will get paid within 3 business days via Direct Deposit---No need to verify funds, clear checks, etc...Your money is available to you right away! |
9.) We have hired a 2nd broker to help handle the Tropicana office activities. |

10.) We are making strategic investments in marketing (online and offline) to generate company leads. |
Lead generation is VERY expensive if you don't have a SYSTEM. We are not charging $100-$300/month to obtain these leads (as our competition does) as we market intelligently and cost effectively. If you have not been producing much in the past 12 months, prepare to get busy if you enroll with our leads system! |
11.) Our developers are working around the clock (literally) to enhance the software. |
Version 3.0 includes dozens of new features that will save you time and promises to automate your business. We continue to add features and look forward to speeding up releases in the future. |
