How may I use this rebate?

Rebates must be credited on the final settlement statement (HUD1). You may use your rebate by either paying closing costs, buying down your loan rate or taking it off the price of the home we negotated for you. Either way, it's a win-win situation for everyone involved.

What if I don't utilize the entire rebate? Will I be credited in other ways?

Unfortunatley, RESPA does not allow us to credit you with any monies outside of the escrow process, so please make sure to discuss how to best utilize your buyer rebate. You may alternatively roll-over any rebates towards a future purchase with us as well or refer the unused portion in the form of a gift-certificate off a future service (buying or selling).
